MANSFIELD — Superintendent Teresa Murphy, Principal Russ Booth and the Mansfield High School Performing Arts Department are proud to be presenting the family-friendly musical “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown” next month, under the direction of Performing Arts Department Chair Sheila Newton.

WHAT:
The Mansfield High School Performing Arts Department will present four showings of “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown,” a musical based on the Charles Schulz comic strip.
Tickets cost $12 for students and children, $18 for adults and $15 for senior citizens. To purchase tickets, click here. General admission tickets will also be available at the door (cash or check only).
“You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown” explores life through the eyes of Charlie Brown and his friends in the Peanuts gang. Musical numbers include “My Blanket and Me,” “The Kite,” “The Baseball Game,” “Little Known Facts,” “Suppertime,” and “Happiness.”
Over 50 Mansfield High School students are involved in this toe-tapping musical, including 33 cast members, six student musicians, and over a dozen stage and crew members. The show features Brody Phillips (Charlie Brown), Zoey Roth (Lucy), Avery Quinn (Sally), Phinn Evans (Schoeder), Wyatt Katon (Snoopy), Tyler Iovino (Woodstock), Sami Carneiro (Linus), Amelie Roulleau (Peppermint Patty), Ermina Syed (Marcy). The technical crew includes seniors Avery Daniels and Brooke Mahoney (stage managers), Ryan Smith (lights), Drea Franco and Devnita Ray (sound).
