NEW INFORMATION FOR JORDAN/JACKSON
March 25, 2020
Dear Jordan/Jackson Families,
We are now ready to begin chromebook distribution for students in grades 3 through 5 in order to help deliver increased learning and connection opportunities. Distribution will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2020. Below you will find important information as to how we will do this.
We know that many of our students already own a personal computer, laptop, or chromebook, that is equipped with a microphone and camera. If that is the case for your family, don’t feel obligated to borrow a chromebook.
Our goal is to manage the distribution in an orderly manner while maintaining social distancing guidelines.
- Chromebooks can be picked-up in the large MHS parking lot (not the bus loop). Please look for the white tent near the gym entrance.
- Follow the directions of the police officers and drive into the parking lot. Stay in the designated lane that will lead you to the white tent.
- When you reach the tent, you will be asked for your student’s name(s) and will then be handed a chromebook and charger in a plastic bag.
Chromebooks will be distributed at a specific time based on the first letter of your last name.
